Ever woken up to the reality that there is something wrong with the world and how society functions? Have you ever felt like we were born into society but never really gave consent to the norms and values that we perceive as normal each day. While on the other hand being grateful for the wonders of society like healthcare and having three and sometimes five square meals a day. A society free from the violence and the pain of existence that human beings endured thousands of years before us.

This page is here to reflect on the perfect balance between the psychotic dystopia of anti socialism and the slave existence of the philosophically blind.
We wake up in the morning and spend time getting ready for a job that we hate while sitting at a desk for a third of a productive day, contemplating our existence, but still realize the penalty for opting out of the mainstream way.
But the question is: Do we still have the option of opting out of society? I mean if we exile ourselves from societal norms, is there still a physical space which is not in some way part of the society at whole?
Or is it in our human nature to accept the outcome despite the cost?
The cost
Let’s take milk for instance. We accept cow’s milk as an everyday normal, without understanding the cruelty that occurs in the process. A cow is inseminated to produce an offspring which triggers the hormones that produces milk. The calf is then removed from their mother and placed in a camp with other orphaned calves while the milk that was intended for the mother’s calf is mechanically removed from her, processed, labelled and sold to humans who don’t flinch to think on the price that was paid for this normal additive to their diet.
Is this not also our fate. The cruelty in subjecting men with a burning desire for adventure and freedom to a two by two square office for the duration of their productive lives, just so we can enjoy 3 cooked meals a day and worry not of sickness and disability. So that our children can have safety and an education. And our wives become complacent by our impotence.
The price we pay.
